Rachel Pryde, LCSW
I have been doing clinical social work since 2012. I was originally licensed in Wyoming, but have since moved to Nevada. I most enjoy working with children and adolescents.
I was raised in Idaho and love the hometown feel of Carson Valley. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work at Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2008 and my Master of Social Work at Eastern Washington University in 2010. I was trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy in 2013 by Dr. Garry Landreth.
I chose the name Tree House Therapy because I have learned that children and adolescents open up in environments where they feel most comfortable. I try to create spaces that stimulate imagination for younger children and that create an environment of ease for adolescents.
